We Have a 2 Week Meal Plan Here that will Help You Jump Back In!

Reality is Upon us

December was a whirlwind. The jump from Thanksgiving to New Years was quick. A blurry magical time filled with family, gatherings, errands, trips, and food! It's so weird how calories don't seem to count in December, but love that for us.

The truth is, after weeks of holiday parties from Thanksgiving to Noche Buena and indulgent dinners, when January rolls around, everyone is ready for a restart. We are here because we wanted to help you create a meal plan that will get your year off on the right foot, and hopefully help you find recipes that you love so you can stick to it.

Below you are going to find a 2 Week Meal Plan that we prepared for you. The idea is keep things simple and stress free, but most importantly take some of the decisions off your plate. However we want you to take a look and make substitutions based on your family's needs and likes!

Tools We Can’t Live Without:

Sheet pans and roasting pans are a must. We love preparing something the night before or in the morning on a sheet pan and boom it’s ready to go in the oven when you are ready. A large sheet pan is also a great place to make two roast chickens.
