Our Tips + A 3 Week Meal Plan

Don’t worry. We made a plan for you. It’s three weeks of dinner plans for Monday through Thursday. If you don’t like some of the recipes, fee free to pick and choose what you want to use. We tried to pick things that would allow for it to feel “fresh” but also strategically so that leftovers can be used accordingly.

The Meal Plan we selected is just a road map, but you can plug in different recipes if you think that's what would work best for your family. We also wrote out the grocery list, and a Game Plan to help guide you through the week.

Here is an example of our Week 1 Game Plan. It walks you through the best way to get through the meal so you're efficient and don't waste too much time.
