The Sides that Steal the Show!

Thanksgiving is Really All About the Sides

On Thanksgiving, it seems to us that the Turkey gets all the focus and all the praise. However we are strong believers that the sides are what make the meal. You know we are right! The turkey is delicious (or it can be) but it's all the things that you pile on next to the turkey that make the meal memorable and keeps the people coming back for more.

This newsletter is dedicated to all our favorite Thanksgiving sides. So if you are looking for a little inspiration or need a new side recipe to help turn up the heat at your Thanksgiving table you are in luck! We got you covered today!

Our Favorite Thanksgiving Sides

There are a few ways we can categorize sides. We are going to start with the classic carb loaded sides that everyone knows and loves. Then we will also show you a few lighter more "health" friendly recipes that will help keep the meal balanced. As we always advise, the key to any meal you are hosting is to find the balance and to be sure there is something for everyone.

We do have one recipe that transcends all rules. It is technically a side, but it is more of a sauce and it is far and away our most clicked recipe this time of year:
